ISP Sky Broadband (BSkyB) has today extended its offer of three months half price service for their up to 38Mbps capable superfast broadband (Sky Fibre Unlimited) with free weekend calls, TV and free connection bundle until 28th March 2013.
The offer, which was originally due to end last night, also requires customers to pay Sky Line Rental at £14.50 a month (this can be taken for the equivalent of just £9.95 per month if you pay 12 months in advance) and there’s also a £2.18 one-off router delivery charge for the included Sky Hub wireless router.

As usual it’s important to note that Sky’s superfast fibre optic based broadband (FTTC) service is currently only available to around half of the United Kingdom, although it should reach 66% of the country by spring 2014 and hopefully 80-90% in 2015. On Sky’s platform you need to be within reach of both FTTC and their unbundled (LLU) network to get the service, although the two networks usually cover the same areas.
