Customers taking a new broadband, phone and or TV service bundle from BT, Sky Broadband, Virgin Media and TalkTalk are being offered a range of special financial incentives as the ISPs go to war over competing voucher and credit promotions.
We generally try to avoid writing about individual voucher and credit offers because they change almost as frequently as the wind. Never the less the past few days have been like a shotgun blast and seem almost equally hard to avoid.
So here’s a super-quick summary and then we’ll say no more.
Roundup of This Weeks Voucher / Credit Promotions
New and some existing customers can get a £25 Marks & Spencer’s Voucher on some bundles, which is in addition to their current half-price unlimited broadband offers.
The Virgin Media welcome credit offer is now live until 17th September and means that new customers who take one of their triple-play “collections” (bundles) will benefit from an extra account credit that’s worth between £50 and £100 depending upon the package chosen. This too is on top of various other discounts and 6 month half-price promotions.
* BT
BT has a range of Sainsburys Vouchers running alongside their standard and superfast broadband packages, which range in value from £50 to £100. Alongside this customers taking the operators standard unlimited broadband and phone bundles can also get the first 6 months of service for free.
* TalkTalk
Finally TalkTalk have boosted their now familiar £25 Love2Shop vouchers up to £50, which is also in addition to a 12 months half-price (Unlimited Broadband) and 6 months half-price (Plus TV) promotion. In addition new line customers will also get a £50 welcome credit.
Few.. now back to normal news, at least until mid-late September when most of these offers end and are then promptly recycled in an ever so slightly different way.
