ISP Plusnet Named Overall Winner in UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013

Tuesday, September 24th, 2013 (2:03 pm) - Score 1,542

Internet provider PlusNet has been named the overall winner for Broadband Choices annual Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013, which claims to have quizzed over 2,500 subscribers of the main ISPs in the United Kingdom to help reach its conclusion. But there were other winners too.

As usual the results should perhaps be taken with a pinch of salt due to the fact that the survey only appears to have included the six largest providers, which is most likely due to a lack of feedback from users of the smaller and usually more reputable ISPs (it’s unclear whether or not smaller ISPs were offered as an option for voting).

Was all worthy reading right up to….
    “Quality of Router – BT”
Then i realised they had been smoking something dodgy.

When you only have 8 ISP’s signed up (or is it less now?) these awards hardly warrant a glance.

  3. Jack says:

It amazes me that Plusnet wins awards. This is the same company that treats it’s staff so bad that more and more experienced people are leaving. If you can’t even sort out air con and a toilet in the building properly, makes you wonder what priorities they have.

    1. Roberto says:

Same company whos new TV ads claim UNLIMITED fibre FROM x amount a month. Why would i want to pay more than the FROM price if its UNLIMITED?

Same company whos ads blabber on about customer power but they do not call you back as promised.
