Computing magazine PC Pro has revealed the winners of its annual PCPro Excellence Awards 2013, which once again saw Zen Internet named as the Best Broadband Supplier and PlusNet coming in as “Highly Commended“.
Zen achieved an overall score of 91% with 95% for customer support, 95% for reliability, 79% value for money, 89% for speed and 97% for recommending to a friend. Elsewhere mobile operator giffgaff also picked up the gong for Best Mobile Data provider.
Richard Tang, Managing Director of Zen, said:
“It’s fantastic to have won this award for an amazing ten years running. Our mission is to provide the best ISP service in the UK, and would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support, especially those who took the time to vote for us.”
The awards were voted for by readers of the magazine and full details of the best and worst performing ISPs are expected to be unveiled in the next issue, which is due out on 19th September 2013.
