MSM Name the Best ISPs in their Broadband Supers Awards 2015

MoneySuperMarket.com has today announced the winners of their Broadband Supers 2015 Awards, which much like last week’s uSwitch event saw almost all of the big broadband ISPs walk away with at least one award from a selection of several categories. Generally PlusNet appeared to do the best after it picked up three awards for Best Value Broadband, Best for Quality and Reliability and Best for Customer Service.

The results were apparently arrived at by surveying 4,000 consumers (“MSM customers“) and they discounted any provider who received less than 25 votes. Unfortunately since MSM tends to only list the largest broadband ISPs then the results of their customers reflect that, which means no smaller / better quality ISPs get a mention. Sadly there’s no breakdown of the scores, just a basic winners list.
