Sky Broadband has today launched a new deal that offers one full year’s worth of free broadband on both their standard unlimited (up to 17Mbps) and 25GB capped Sky Fibre Broadband (up to 38Mbps FTTC) packages, which must be taken with Sky Phone Line Rental at £16.40 per month and there’s more..
Apparently both of the discounts, which also complement the on-going 6 months half-price offer on standalone Sky Fibre Unlimited (up to 38Mbps) that is currently priced from £10 per month (£20 thereafter), will be available to both new and existing customers.

On top of that both new and existing Sky TV customers will also be able to benefit from the discounts and in addition they can take Sky Fibre Unlimited for 12 months half-price (£10 per month) instead of the 6 months discount for standalone subscribers.
Lyssa McGowan, Director of Sky Broadband, said:
“We know there are lots of people who would like to try superfast speeds but are put off by the high prices charged by some providers. With this ground-breaking offer, we’re making Sky Fibre even more accessible. Now superfast broadband is genuinely for everyone.”
Separately it’s worth noting that the new Sky Fibre (25GB) discount has seen the package drop its previous 18 month contract term in favour of a 12 month one.
