Budget ISP Plusnet has reintroduced their offer of 12 months free unlimited home broadband (up to 17Mbps) for new subscribers (normally £9.99 per month) and added in a £50 Cashback discount, although as usual you still have to pay the line rental charge on top (from £15.49 per month).
Apparently the new price is only available to new customers who sign up before 26th April 2016. Otherwise subscribers can expect unlimited broadband, a 12 month contract term, a free wireless router, UK based support, free activation and network-level online parental controls.
Take note that customers who live outside of the ISPs “low cost area” (this usually reflects the final 10% or so of UK premises where BTOpenreach are the only supplier) often have to pay several pounds per month extra for the same service.
