Would anyone happen to know if their service is provisioned over TalkTalk or BTs network?
Their terms and conditions mention both networks, if they use both is their a way to tell in advance how they will connect you?
Mine (“fibre” 36 Mbps) is over Talk Talk. I thought they used Talk Talk Business (like the Post Office).
If they do also use BT I would imagine it would just be in rural areas with no LLU.
Been happy with them but it is very basic: no email, no hosting, no app / portal, terribly slow email support (4-5 days)
