After reducing their residential broadband prices Zen Internet has today announced further price drops – varying from between 8% and 22% – across their range of small business focused packages. This mostly appears to impact their standard ADSL, “superfast” FTTC and “ultrafast” G.fast based bundles (FTTP plans are unchanged).
The biggest price drop can be seen on Zen’s 12- and 24-month Superfast bundles, with a 12-month contract now coming in at £35 +vat per month (15% decrease) plus £17 activation fee and a 24-month contract coming in at £32 per month (22% decrease) with no activation fee. Customers will also continue to benefit from the bundled AVM Fritz!Box 7530 router when taking out a new contract on most of these packages.
Small businesses can choose from a range of other bundles, such as a basic 1 month contract for Zen’s Fast broadband at £27.49 (8.3% decrease) with no activation fee, and through to a 24-month contract for its “ultrafast” G.fast offering at £52 per month (8.7% decrease), also with no activation fee.

Zen has also removed its previous Fibre 1 and 2 options, replacing them with just “Business Fibre“, allowing customers to reach peak FTTC speeds for less (£36 ex VAT) than the previous Fibre 1 package available.
Paul Stobart, CEO of Zen Internet, said:
“We have built a reputation for exceptional customer service and reliability which has been endorsed by the many awards we have won from independent bodies such as Which? and PC Pro. With these latest price reductions we can now offer our award-winning service at more competitive price points.”
As part of our strategic plan to become a major infrastructure player we have secured the financing for a network refresh plan in order to take advantage of the growth that we see ahead. These price reductions coupled with our growth ambitions gives us the advantage of being able to compete on a level playing field with our biggest competitors.”
End.
