Sky (BSkyB) appears to have retaliated against VirginMedia's broadband adverts following last weeks rulings by the UK Advertising Standards Authority (
here).
This week, following complaints from Sky, VirginMedia has been slapped for failing to include "up to" when advertising its broadband speeds. Unfortunately the ASA's complaint reports have stopped working this morning so we can't bring you a full summary, check here for when it's back:
