Checkbridge, an email security company, has completed a survey of home surfers. People were asked: 'If your anti-spam or anti-virus supplier were a person, who would you most trust to protect you?'. Just 1% would trust Tony Blair (PM):
Other statistics include:
31% would trust their spouse or partner
10% would trust Richard Branson
7% would trust George Bush
4% would trust their bank manager
40% would trust none of the above
The research was conducted with a sample of 11,000 email users and received a 7% response rate. It's a strange and probably rather useless survey, yet one that's oddly entertaining ;).
