ADSLGuide is the latest site to write up a summary of all the recent and on-going problems with ISP Gio Internet and the disgraceful debt collection situation, now through Outsourced Credit Management Ltd. (OCM).

Sadly the situation has also highlighted how inept industry regulation is when such a horrific case of bad behaviour, on the ISP's part, has been allowed to continue.
