Tiscalis WHSmiths 2-Year Telco Deal

Tiscali and WHSmith have announced a new 2-year deal to distribute consumer ISP and Fixed Line services in over 700 High Street and Travel stores. The agreement comes as part of an extension to their 2003 partnership:
WHSmiths decision to extend the partnership, originally forged in 2003 with the launch of an ISP service, was taken in light of the success of the ISP distribution and a further commitment from Tiscali to build and extend its in store offer to include fixed line telephone services. As part of the deal, Tiscali will launch a number of exclusive offers to WHSmiths customers at groundbreaking prices:
* Smart Talk: Anytime** at £7.49 50% less than BT Option 3
* Bundle: 1Mb* Tiscali Broadband plus Anytime £19.49
The new deal will begin this month, with the launch of Tiscali Smart Talk. Leading with the £7.49 Anytime and £19.49 bundled offers, the campaign will be supported by a striking POS campaign across WHSmiths 700 High Street and Travel store estate.
*1Mbps broadband with 2Gb monthly limit usually £15.99 a month
** Tiscali Smart Talk Anytime Saver usually £9.99 a month offer unlimited national and local calls to landlines plus savings of 5% to mobiles and 20% international compared with BT rates.
