Glasgow's 24 Hour Broadband TV

UK-Bug reports that Glasgow has become the first UK city to launch its own 24 hour online TV channel, Glasgow.tv. The service is due to start on 27th April, although a preview can be found HERE. The video is high quality even on moderate connections (512Kbps), although it could have some users watching their data consumption!
