ISP Eclipse Internet has been selected as one of four finalists for the Business Innovation of the Year Award. Its founder, Mark Lang, has also been shortlisted for the Credit Suisse Entrepreneur of the Year Award:
The company has been selected as a finalist in The Business Innovation of the Year Award for its revolutionary FLEX Broadband service - still the UK's only boostable broadband service. Also, Mark Lang, founder of Eclipse Internet and Director of Broadband and ISP Development at Kingston Communications has been shortlisted in the Credit Suisse Entrepreneur of the Year Award for demonstrating exceptional vision and leadership.
Eclipse also entered its talented design team for The Orange Award for Bright Business. This award recognises 'non-board' level individual or team effort whose initiative, drive and determination has made an exceptional contribution to the business, resulting in a positive gain for the organisation. Whilst not chosen as a finalist for this award, the Eclipse team was singled out by the judges for special praise and has been awarded 'Highly Commended' status.Eclipse already won the
ISPA's Best Heavy Business Broadband Award 2005 earlier in the year.
