MS Sets IE7 Public Beta For Q1-2006

Microsoft is targeting Q1-2006 as the period where the next version (7) of its Internet Explorer (IE) browser will be opened to the public as a beta test. The new update will include many extra security features and improvements, such as tabbed-browsing etc.
