BT's Verwaayen Broadband Interview

BT's chief executive, Ben Verwaayen, has done a streamed video interview on the operators 'broadband office' website. The interview attempts to promote hi-speed technology at the same time as addressing some customer service concerns. See it HERE (ironically you'll need a broadband connection to see it properly).
