Nildram Touts 8Mbps ADSL Max Trial

Subscribers to Nildram’s Broadband2gO, Broadband2gOLite and Broadband2 products will soon be able to benefit from enhanced speeds of up to 8Mbps in selected areas throughout the UK:

The free high-speed [BT] trial starts on 1st December and is part of Nildram’s development towards the provision of 24Mb broadband by early next year.

The trial will be available to all existing Nildram subscribers living near to eligible exchanges. An initial 25 exchanges across London, Northern Ireland, Wales and Scotland will be available for use by the end of the month, rising to 53 during January. New customers subscribing to the products in these areas from 1st December, will automatically be provisioned the higher speeds.
