Wanadoo's Broadband Voice Downed

Wanadoo's broadband voice (VoIP) service suffered a massive outage on Tuesday, impacting all of its 80,000 or so customers. The ISP has since apologised, although no details on the cause were given. BT suffered a similar outage recently, raising fears about VoIP's reliability.
