ADSLGuide has managed to get a response out of Freedom2Surf regarding its current broadband performance (speed) problems, apparently things should improve within 24 hours:

"freedom2surf acknowledges that some of its users have recently experienced variable performance, this has not been due to central capacity or traffic management rather an upstream capacity. freedom2surf believe that this will be resolved within the next 24 hours and service performance should be returning to normal."------------------
There's no mention of the issues with poor customer support, although that has no doubt come about as a result of people trying to contact the ISP on mass regarding the performance problems.
Complaints have come in regarding both F2S's BT and
LLU based broadband products, so it will be interesting to see if the provider can indeed resolve its issues by this time tomorrow. Please do let us know if things improve or not.
