Bulldog's New Marketing Push

Posted: 01st Nov, 2005 By: MarkJ
UK ISP Bulldog (Cable & Wireless) has kicked off a new TV, print and online marketing campaign today. The provider is hoping to move on from the troubles of the past few months with a fresh start:

Now, Bulldog wants to make a new start. From today it is running a series of TV, print and online ads to give it a fresh start and to help spruce up its image. The campaign coincides with the launch of a new entertainment portal and a 90-day offer of McAfee security software.

Said Bulldog's top dog Emanuele Angelidis: "Customers want broadband to be fast, simple, good value, easy to use and fun."

Having now suffered from two major and very similar sets of problems over the past 12 months, Bulldog's greatest challenge will be to ensure a stable service for the coming year without fault.

Should the ISP fail in this pursuit then its image risks irreparable damage, since two major mistakes can be forgiven, but three? More @ The Register.
