New ISPreview Survey/Poll

We've just uploaded a new poll to the site, which asks: "Which time of year causes you to go online the most?". Results from the previous months poll can be found below:
Perhaps unsurprisingly almost everybody found some level of confusion while trying to understand modern broadband packages. Just 26% were not confused by anything, which is a rather frightening figure. Clearly this is one area that all ISPs should work towards improving.
