Both the ISP itself and one of its suppliers, NetServices, have now issued statements (of a sort) on E7even's situation. Neither update says anything significantly new, except for the ability to request a refund.

The first is reportedly an e-mail message from E7even to its customers:

NetServices are a wholesale DSL provider who supply broadband services to a number of reseller organisations, one of which is e7even.

NetServices have been advised that e7even are no longer able to guarantee continuity of your broadband service. As your contract is with e7even, NetServices are restricted in the information which we can provide to you however, a plan has been put into place to minimise the impact of this announcement.

Ezee DSL, www.ezeedsl.co.uk have agreed to provide continuity of service to affected customers. On their website you will find a section named FAQ which has been prepared especially for e7even customers and should answer the majority of the questions you may have. Should you wish to migrate to another service provider then you should also arrange this via EzeeDSL. EzeeDSL can be contacted using the contact details on their website or on tel 0871 2401122 (9am – 6pm. 7 days).

EzeeDSL are not part of the NetServices plc and NetServices are unable to offer any advice, information or assistance aside from providing you with EzeeDSL's contact details. NetServices are unable to take instructions directly from customers of e7even.

The website itself (below) doesn’t appear to have been properly secured and contains no clear identification (address etc.) details, although the whois data on the domain appears to be correct.
