Not that anybody will be interested, but a brief history of how Zen Internet got started is now mentioned in a new book:

Bridges book looks at how the company has been brought to this highly successful level, the challenges Tang faced and why Zen can be clearly considered true to its mission statement, to provide the best ISP service in the UK.
The remaining PR boils down into the usual marketing speak, so we'll spare you that much. Blowing your own trumpet too loudly can harm bystanders ears (or eyes) =).
