Unbundled (LLU / Non-BT) UK Lines Exceed 1.7m

The Telecommunications adjudicator (OTA), Peter Black, has released his latest monthly (February'07) report on the status of UK local loop unbundling (LLU) - HERE. Some 1,700,000 lines have now been unhooked from BT, adding roughly 200,000 since January'06.
This months update doesn't contain anything terribly newsworthy other than the headline statistics. Meanwhile we've continued to keep track of the unbundling progress, statistics follow:
