Cable & Wireless (C&W) has withdrawn its
LLU dispute with BT, which concerned the charges imposed for connecting new customers to fully unbundled local loops during the period 16th December 2004 to 30th June 2006:
On 19 April 2007 C&WA withdrew this dispute in order to explore further commercial negotiations with BT. Ofcom has therefore closed the case.
Earlier this month Ofcom had issued an unspecified draft determination, which appears to have prompted the two into solving their differences away from the watchdogs gaze. Full details can be read
