UK Online's New Business Broadband Product

ISP UK Online has announced the introduction of a new budget priced, 20:1 contended and 'up to' 8Mbps business broadband package from £19.99 +vat per month:
Unfortunately the £19.99 price point only applies to those covered by UKO's BSkyB based unbundled (LLU) network; otherwise the same package costs £29.99 per month. In addition those taking the more expensive BT option will have a 448Kbps upload speed. There's also a £25 activation fee thats applicable to everybody.
The unlimited service with UK based, 24/7 Freephone support, comes with download speeds of up to 8Mb and 768k upload speeds, free McAfee security worth £49.99, and free domain with 20 email addresses and webmail.
