Former Biscit (
V21) vISP Naims has today issued a press release touting their new supplier agreement with Entanet:
A spokesman for Naims.co.uk said "
Once we were aware of how bad the situation had become within Biscit, we reacted quickly to source a reputable wholesaler. For the sake of our customers we really wish we had acted in the middle of last year when there were tale tell signs of problems within V21.
We are pleased to see that a large number of our customers are displaying their faith in Naims.co.uk and returning .As a result of our former supplier problems, we feel genuinely sorry for the trouble our customers have had to endure twice in the last 4 months.
On top of that, on the day Breathe pulled out of the Biscit rescue, our customers also lost their naims.co.uk email accounts. We have again set up alternative arrangements for Naims.co.uk email accounts, however as a result of this, we were unable to contact and notify a lot of customers about what is going on."
Naims.co.uk once again offer both Unmetered dialup ,Upto 8MB Business and Home broadband with FREE migration.
One noticeable difference is the minimum contact period. Naims old packages were forced to move from 3 month to 12 Months under
V21. The ADSL products Naims offer today, have a minimum period of 1 Month and with packages starting at £14.99 per month they are also competitive in todays cut throat / long contract, Home broadband market.
