Bulldog Teams With User Help Site

Posted: 13th Oct, 2005 By: MarkJ
ISP Bulldog (Cable & Wireless) has taken the unprecedented step of teaming up with the My-Bulldog-Hell consumer website for users of the provider. Bulldog is normally better known more for its lack of communication.

The latest news update on the website starts:

The my-bulldog-hell team are proud to announce that we're now working with Bulldog to improve its relationship with their customers and the service they provide.

The team have been speaking with Bulldog over the past few weeks to establish a dialogue that will enable us to pass on both feedback on Bulldogs service as well as customers problems. We are hoping this partnership will enable us to improve the customer - company relationship that has taken such a battering of late.

The relationship is believed to be informal, with Bulldog not having sought to acquire the site. Overall this would appear to be good news, although every customer should have access to such support.
