T-Mobile's Free Internet Service

T-Mobile has launched 'web'n'walk', which will apparently allow mobile phone users to visit their favourite websites free of charge. Handset based surfing is usually quite costly:
Rene Oberman, chief executive officer at T-Moble, said: With web'n'walk we are giving vital impetus to mobile internet usage. Our target is to attract several hundreds of thousands of new web'n'walk customers by the end of 2006.
The service will be available first on the SidekickII, MDA compact, Nokia 6680 and the new SDA model Sidekick.
The Web-User item notes that the service isn't expected to launch in the UK until later this year. Specifics of the service are unclear, although users with modern smartphones may have a smile on their face.
