Intel's latest survey has found that most home dwellers spend 19.8 hours per week watching TV, 12.6hrs listening to the radio/music and 11.4hrs on the PC/browsing the Internet:
Intel also found that:
More than two-thirds (77 per cent) of Brits use the internet for home shopping - more than any other European country.
69 per cent of Brits use the Internet to book flights or travel arrangements.
7 per cent use an online dating service.
Almost half (48 per cent) use the internet to download music.
28 per cent play games.
Popular activities also include using community websites (17 per cent), creating your own website (16 per cent) and blogging (7 per cent).We note that the research falls roughly in line with a similar survey from Enpocket during June 2005 -
