T-Mobile Preps 7Mbps 3G (HSDPA)

Mobile phone operator T-Mobile International has confirmed its intention to launch HSDPA based services by March next year in the UK, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. The technology is a modified version of 3G (aka - super 3G) capable of delivering speeds between 1.8 (initially) and 7.2Mbps.
