We have now got to the size where we need to help customers on a full time basis that cannot gain access to the net, develop a fault or just need help setting up email accounts in Outlook. The telephone service will be manned between normal office working hours.
We have noticed a rise in the number of faults from customers that switch from providers using LLU to a provider on ADSL MAX. Hopefully the new telephone service will enable our customers to have someone to call and get an answer to any query they have on their account.
The uptake to our service has been overwhelming to say the least, with lots of providers sending out letters of warning to those who in their eyes use the net too much. Our Unlimited broadband account has attracted vast numbers and will continue to grow as many other ISPs get tougher with there Fair Usage Policies."
