Legend Suffers E-Mail & Website Hosting Outage

Several customers of the THUS Group owned UK ISP Legend Communications have e-mailed us reporting an inability to access their e-mails and webspace:
The problem, which appears to have been occurring since yesterday, is listed on the providers service status page as "ongoing". Few details are offered and apparently "engineers are currently investigating this issue". No further updates have been posted since 1:25pm yesterday and there is no ETA for a fix.
Once again there has been a horrendous breakdown with their servers - I can get no emails nor can I access the websites I manage - this has gone on all day.
I have tried to contact THUS who own them without success.
