By: MarkJ - 12 January, 2005 (1:01 PM)

ADSLGuide brings word that Community Internet plc has launched a new WiMAX based broadband wireless service in Oxford called 'redkite'. Initially aimed at businesses, the provider can offer a whopping 10Mbps connection:

The RedKite 10Mbps symmetric 10:1 contended service costs just 495 +vat per month. The one-off set-up fee of 1500 includes a full site survey, equipment, installation and ongoing technical and customer support.

RedKite offers you better than 99.9% availability. This is backed up by a Service Level Agreement that gives you service credits for failure to meet this level of performance. We offer this as standard to every customer, and are confident in the reliability of the RedKite service.
