Ofcom & BT's Key Staff Changes

We'll keep it simple so as to limit the boredom factor. BT has appointed Ian Livingston as Chief Executive of BT Retail, with effect from February 2005. On the other side of the fence, Ofcom's non-executive board member, David Edmonds (famed for being its ex-Director General), will be leaving early next year.
