ADSLGuide reports that
HampshireBroadband has begun offering cash incentives to anybody willing to sign-up through their BT Retail (BTB, BTYahoo! etc.) ADSL services. The move is designed to encourage take-up:

As part of the Hampshire Broadband project offer we have an arrangement with BT whereby if you order one of the broadband connection packages below you will receive cashback (in the form of a cheque from BT when your order has been placed).
