We've just uploaded a new poll for the coming month, which asks: "Have you experienced a malware infection (virus, spyware etc.) in the past 12 months on your HOME PC?". Results from the previous one can be found below:
Where did you get anti-virus (AV) software for your home PC?
Online free AV software - 43.5%
From AV makers site - 20.7%
Online retailer - 11.8%
Don't use AV software - 7.8%
High-street store - 6.8%
Online from my ISP - 5.1%
Came with PC - 4.1%
Total Votes = 820
Interestingly free online Anti-Virus software appears very popular (43.5%), yet a shocking 7.8% don't use any form of AV at all!
