Downloading To Skyrocket By 2010

Datamonitor and PayPal have predicted that Brits will spend roughly £1.7Bn on downloads by 2010, with the music industry taking the biggest single £379m bite:
By 2010, on average, we will each be downloading 25 tracks and spending £15 a year on music sites. Good news for consumers [TOO], the report estimates that the average cost of a song will fall from 79p to 60p as competition hots up.
No doubt this will have a knock on effect for ISP's, with more people adopting broadband and using it to a greater degree. More @ Web-User.
