ISP Virgin.net has today launched its new 'Wireless Kit', which is a wireless router (£69.99 inc. VAT) that provides broadband access throughout your home:
The Wireless Kit virtually guarantees broadband access in even the biggest of houses and gardens as it enables users to wirelessly surf the Internet up to 50 metres away from the Kit.
The Kit can be set up to ensure that the wireless broadband connection is only accessible to those that know the password handy if you dont want to share your connection with your next door neighbour. It also includes simple-to-use parental control options, which enables users to restrict access to websites of their choice.
Cristel Leed, Sales & Marketing Director at Virgin.net, said: Broadband customers are increasingly looking for more and more freedom when choosing their ISP. Our Wireless Kit is simply another dimension of Virgin.nets philosophy that supports this desire, along with no 12 month contracts and no penalties for switching between broadband packages.
