The latest Spamhaus figures report that 85% of UK homes receive junk e-mail (SPAM) everyday. Ironically most security firms also state a similar figure when describing how much e-mail (globally) is junk versus legitimate messages:
The survey commissioned by uSwitch.com, found that even though 14.4 million home users were now exposed to unsolicited and potentially harmful spam, only four per cent have a 'junk email' filter.
According to the survey, an astonishing 74 million unwanted emails inundate UK inboxes every day.
