Carphone Warehouse Completes AOL UK Acquisition

The Carphone Warehouse's (TalkTalk) acquisition of rival ISP AOL UK was technically finalised during the end of December following the EUs approval. Still, today marks the formal completion of its £370m deal, making for a combined total of over 2m customers.
The groups next quarterly trading update is due during mid-January this month, which should give us a better idea of where the provider is going.
