It's been reported that an unspecified number of
Orange UK's '
Mobile Broadband' customers have been experiencing connectivity problems since Thursday last week. To make matters worse the operator could not say when the problems would be fixed. In a statement given to
The Register they said:
"We can confirm that some of our customers may have experienced intermittent connectivity issues whilst accessing our mobile data network recently. We are working to resolve this issue as a matter of priority and can confirm that only a small number of customers remain affected. We apologise for the inconvenience caused."
It's understood that affected customers will be given compensation, although how much remains to be seen. ISPreview has also heard of separate DNS connectivity problems affecting Orange's land-line broadband service. Is it any wonder that they keep bleeding subscribers?
