Vodafone Becoming Hesitant Over Tiscali Bid

Reports from Thomson Financial in Milan (Italy) indicate that Vodafone may be reconsidering its offer of 1.6bn Euros (2.8 euros per share) for Tiscali's UK and Italian businesses. However, it is unclear where the sources of this information come from, although many felt that Vodafone's bid was quite high for an initial offer.
Despite this, Tiscali still expects that a decision regarding a potential buyer could reasonably be expected before the end of this month.
