Tiscali Sale Update - Italian Division Deal Imminent?

Rumours emanating from various Italian newspapers suggest that Tiscali is on the verge of selling its Italian Internet access division to Fastweb. The deal could be announced within the next few days, although it will not speed up the sale of Tiscali's UK business, which could potentially drag on into the autumn.
