We've just uploaded a new monthly survey that asks, "
How many hours do you spend online per week at home?" and "
Do you use the net more in 2008 than last year?". Results from the previous months survey can be found below:
Has your ISP's support quality improved over the past year?
Worse - 32%
Same - 27.9%
Not Used / Don't Know - 23%
Better - 16.9%
Total Votes: 343
Just 17% of voters appear to have witnessed an improvement in their ISPs customer support over the past 12 months, while 23% didn't know if it was better or worse (probably haven't needed support) and 28% said it had stayed the same.
Perhaps understandably for a consumer site like ours, 32% felt that their ISPs customer support department had actually got worse.
