Rumour: Virgin Media Moots Phorm Pull-Out

Posted: 14th May, 2008 By: MarkJ
Guardian blogger Charles Arthur reports that a source claiming to have spoken with Virgin Media's director is suggesting that the operator has decided not to use Phorm. However, at present Virgin is officially still sticking rigorously to its existing stance, as re-quote below by a spokesperson:

"Virgin Media has signed a preliminary agreement with Phorm to understand in more detail how this technology works but we have not yet decided if it will be introduced."
