Sources in the mainstream media have hinted to us that Lord Carters long awaited 'Digital Britain' report, which was originally due to surface last Saturday, could now appear tomorrow. The report is expected to outline how the government plans to tackle online piracy, deliver universal broadband of at least 2Mbps to everybody and deploy next generation broadband services.
Typically we'll find out soon enough whether these rumours are true, although it wouldn't be a surprise since only a "few days" delay were predicted and not weeks.
