UK Broadband ISP All Fast Access Ceases Trading
By: MarkJ - 03 March, 2009 (9:27 AM)

Small UK ISP All Fast Access has unexpectedly ceased trading as of 1st March 2009. The website for its parent provider Turbo Solutions has also vanished, leaving only a short note about "no longer trading to new customers":

All Fast Access Website Statement

We regret to say that as of 1st March 2009 All Fast Access will cease trading.

We can now confirm that Internet Services (EU) Ltd will continue to provide broadband to our existing customers.

Internet Services (EU) Ltd contact details are as follows:

Please email billing@internetservices.eu.com

Technical Support
If you have internet access then please visit help section of your control panel or raise a ticket by emailing support@iseu.co.uk or go to http://ispsupport.iseu.co.uk

If you have no internet access then please call 8700 053 147 and select support. The call centre will raise a ticket and if you leave a mobile then technical support staff will send updates via SMS (similar process to All Fast Access).

It is suggested that your leave a mobile in your control panel so updates of the system can be sent to you via SMS

MAC codes and cease line requests can be generated via the control panel.

AllFastAccess was known to be having difficulties last year after it withdraw part of its e-mail services due to unspecified supplier problems (news). Sadly neither ISP could be raised for comment and it's believed that the current recession may have exasperated their downfall.

Smaller providers are very exposed to the difficult financial climate and many may not survive, especially with competition from cheaper unbundled providers becoming so ferocious.
