Business ISP
Easynet Connect has launched a range of new
no minimum term (i.e. penalty free 30-day notice period) broadband packages. It's hoped that the move will encourage more businesses, which dont want the financial commitments required by long-term contracts, to signup:
Chris Stening, Managing Director of Easynet Connect, said: Small businesses have been demanding more flexibility when it comes to their Internet package for some time and weve tried to break the industry mould with our no minimum term offer. The Internet has the power to help small companies through the recession so it is important that they can access the internet without having to make long term commitments.
Were committed to putting an end to the poor levels of service that businesses receive form their ISP and our no minimum term offer is just one of a number of measures which we believe will do this. We have reduced installation times by up to a third, have improved bandwidths, provided up to 40Mbps over copper and now for the first time, we're offering no minimum term, penalty-free contracts.
The offer is available on all of Easynet's popular,
on-net SDSL, ADSL, EtherStream and SureStream services, but wont be available on services delivered over
BT's network, including fibre-based Leased Lines and
off-net DSL services. It will initially be available on all new contracts signed before 30th April 2009.
